Seeking experienced bartender/server who is outgoing and able to work independently or in teams for a casual/fun craft brewery atmosphere.
Flexible hours and laid back atmosphere, fun events. 2 to 4 shifts per week.
The ideal person:
Professional:
- Has bar tending experience, knows how to change a keg, and a Dunn Co bartender's license
- Has attention to detail and experience with keeping a clean bar & workspace, can multi-task and pay attention to detail, is punctual, and is comfortable working alone or with a partner.
- Is personable and loves talking to people.
Availability:
- Can work open shifts (starting at 11:30 am or 2:30 pm) AND work closing shifts (ending around 10 or 11pm)
- Is available 10 to 25 hours/week and at least through next winter.
Physical:
- Can lift up to 50 lbs (some keg management is needed periodically)
- Can work on their feet for up to 8 hours
Pay raises after 40 days from hire upon satisfactory completion of training, and periodically after positive performance reviews, and at any future promotion.
Current shifts (hours will change slightly depending on season):
- Weds/Thurs/Fri: 2:30pm to 10PM
- Sat: 11:30AM to 6PM and 6 to 10PM
- Sun: 11:30 to 6PM
