Job Overview:
The Store Lead is a hybrid full time position that will work hand in hand with the General Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of Uncle Nicky s. The Store Lead will support all aspects of the restaurant through strong organization, delegation, and communication. The Store Lead will help provide oversight of restaurant operations, ordering, and overall consistency of staff performance and offerings. The Store Lead is responsible for holding all employees accountable for their assigned tasks, duties, projects, as well as the general operating procedures of Uncle Nicky's.
The goal of this position is ensure service operates based on Uncle Nicky's outlined model, develop consistency regarding staff performance and quality of products, and uphold a fun, dynamic work environment that can be seen and felt through staff and guest interactions, operational excellence, and a clean, organized space.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the FOH and BOH team, ensuring all employees complete daily checklists, uphold service standards, and adhere to the service model
Train and develop new and existing staff members in accordance with established standards and SOPs
Have full competency of working both front and back of house
Assist in updating training materials, testing materials, and checklists for all positions
Communicate all important information from the shift to the management team including staff performance, guest issues, food quality, facilities issues and ordering needs in person and through 7 shifts.
Monitor the flow of daily sales and make mid-shift labor decisions to facilitate breaks and cuts.
Help to build a culture of respect and open communication within the entire team
Ensure consistency regarding quality of products, guest experiences, and staff performance
Ensure all checklists and prep lists are completed on a daily basis
Assist General Manager with ensuring product is available by providing weekly ordering support.
Assist with period inventory
Assist with ordering
Oversight of overall cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding premise
Ensure restaurant operates alongside all state and federal health and safety codes/regulations
Process and record all invoices within Xtrachef
Compensation:
The Store Lead will receive an hourly wage of $12/hr plus tips.
