Our engineering company is looking to hire a full /partime time employee for an Office Associate position. They must be able to perform the following tasks and have enough experience in the following criteria:
E-mail communication (clients and other companies/organizations) and have professional communication skills in writing and verbal.
Highly organized (filing documents and folders physically and electronically) and capable of scheduling meetings with clients and other companies.
Be able to answer phone calls efficiently.
Experience in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and some sort of electronic filing system.
Be able to complete an assortment of applications from different cities and counties.
Excellent at time management.
Hours of Work: 8:00 to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
