Job Summary:
Best Maid Products is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and help support day-to-day operations! This role provides administrative and operational support across onboarding, employee relations, and HR systems while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overseeing recruiting on behalf of the company, including but not limited to attending hiring fairs, posting available positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and working alongside various members of the leadership team to recruit suitable candidates.
· Regularly review job descriptions to confirm that they are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
· Responsible for conducting new hire orientation and ensuring that all necessary “New Hire” paperwork has been fully reviewed and filled out accurately.
· Maintain the company directory and ensure that all contact information for employees is up to date at all times.
· Run daily staffing reports to track attendance across the company and report any discrepancies with timecards to the applicable department heads.
· Prepare employee separation paperwork, disciplinary documents, and all other HR-related documentation as requested with a high level of accuracy.
· Maintain physical and digital files of employee records, including attendance records, benefits, and any/all disciplinary documentation.
· Implement HR policies, procedures, and practices within the organization.
· Assist with open enrollment, process employee enrollment changes, and assist with new benefits enrollment for new hires.
· Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
· Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating more complex issues to HR leadership as needed.
· May be required to assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
· Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a Human Resources role or closely related HR support position.
· Experience supporting recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
· High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-service-oriented approach.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in handling sensitive HR matters.
· Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
· Experience using HR software and HRIS databases (including payroll systems) is a plus.
· Bilingual Preferred.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
