Part-Time Social Media Manager / Content Creator
BCI Equipment Specialists is looking for a motivated and creative Part-Time Social Media Manager / Content Creator to help grow our online presence and document our work across the collision repair and automotive equipment industry. This is not a typical office-only marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can get out in the field, capture real-world content, and help tell the story of what we do. Our company specializes in:
- Paint Booth Sales & Installation
- Pro Spot Welders
- Air Filtration Systems
- Paint Booth Service & Maintenance
- Collision Repair Equipment
You’ll work directly with our team to create engaging content from active job sites, service calls, equipment installs, product demos, and behind-the-scenes operations across Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Shoot photo and video content on-site and in the field
- Create and edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Manage and schedule social media posts
- Develop creative ideas for consistent content
- Capture install transformations, equipment demos, technician/service content, and company culture
- Assist with branding and online growth initiatives
- Help track social media engagement and performance metrics
Requirements
- Experience shooting and editing social media content
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Ability to travel throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment and active job sites
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to create content consistently and independently
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar editing software preferred
