Location: Chicago, IL 60634
Patient: 20-year-old client
Schedule: 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday), minimum of 9 hours per shift,
LPN Rate: up to $33/hr. RN Rate: up to $43/hr.
Case Type: G-tube care (easy case)
Start Date: ASAP
Niklife Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care for a medically complex client in a supportive home environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the client's condition throughout the shift
- Administer and monitor medications as ordered
- Provide G-tube feeding and care
- Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition
