We are seeking a friendly and efficient Drive thru cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs.
- Assist customers with menu selections, including upselling additional items to enhance their experience.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met, maintaining a clean work area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while adhering to retail math principles.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Support kitchen staff when necessary by helping with food preparation or sanitation tasks.
Requirements
