Bilingual Safety Coordinator (English/Spanish)

We’re currently hiring a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to help us strengthen our safety culture and ensure our teams are protected and informed.
Position Summary:
The Safety Coordinator will assist in monitoring safety procedures, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. This role requires a proactive, bilingual individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for keeping people safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular jobsite safety audits and hazard assessments
- Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks in both English and Spanish
- Assist with onboarding and training of field employees
- Promote and enforce Alpine Building’s safety policies
- Document incidents, inspections, and corrective actions
- Help investigate accidents and near-misses
- Be a resource for field crews and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- 1+ year of experience in safety or construction-related work
- Familiar with OSHA safety practices and procedures
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to work on active job sites in various conditions
Preferred (but not required):
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- First Aid/CPR certified
