What You'll Be Doing
- Create outstanding first impressions by welcoming members and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Resolve member concerns, answer questions, and provide solutions with a high level of customer service.
- Manage front desk operations, phone communications, and daily administrative responsibilities.
- Make outbound calls, collect past-due balances, and follow up with members as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, keep supplies stocked, and ensure the front desk remains organized and efficient.
- Support club growth by promoting services, identifying opportunities, and participating in commission-generating activities.
