What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the roofing restoration process.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Meeting with homeowners in your assigned territory
- Scheduling roof inspections and answering customer questions
- Explaining restoration options in a clear and professional way
- Managing your customer pipeline from first conversation through project completion
- Participating in weekly coaching and skill development

Compensation and Growth
Your income reflects your performance, and there is no cap on what you can earn.
- First-Year Sales Representatives: $70,000 to $100,000
- Experienced Representatives: $150,000 to $200,000+
- Sales Leaders: Additional leadership incentives and team-based compensation
This position offers performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission, allowing driven individuals to significantly increase their earnings over time.
