Cappy’s Home Care is a locally owned home care agency serving Western North Carolina. We are hiring Caregivers, CNAs, Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide compassionate senior care and in-home support.
Our caregivers help seniors and adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes while providing peace of mind to families.

Caregiver Duties
Provide non-medical home care and personal care services, including:
Personal Care / ADLs
- Bathing, dressing, grooming
- Incontinence care
- Mobility and transfer assistance
Companion Care
- Conversation and companionship
- Medication reminders
- Engagement in activities
Household Assistance
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry and dishes
Transportation
- Doctor appointments
- Grocery shopping
- Running errands (when required)
Qualifications
- Caregiving, CNA, HHA, or senior care experience preferred
- Compassionate and reliable
- Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
