Paramount Placement is actively hiring for two Entry Level Sales Executives for our Industry City, NYC office! No previous experience in Staffing or Recruiting is required, we are simply looking for motivated sales, telemarketing, and business development professionals with some experience in cold calling to help us expand our mission to simplify hiring on a nationwide scale!
Benefits & Compensation
- Base Pay + Weekly Uncapped Commissions, + Monthly Bonus Opportunity with total starting OTE of $50,000-$75,000 per year
- $150 per new signed up client
- $100 - $500 per hire made by your clients
- Weekly Pay with potential for monthly bonuses!

Qualifications
- 1 year of Telemarketing Inside Sales or Business Development Experience, with an emphasis on cold calling
- Familiarity with basic software systems such as G-Suite
- Willingness to meet and exceed measurable performance goals and metrics
- Strong team player, particularly as it relates to being ethical, honest, and trustworthy within the team and organization.
- Desire and ability to have role expanded as the company grows.
