A Day in the Life of the Recruiting & Training Coordinator
As the Recruiting & Training Coordinator, you'll own the full recruiting cycle for a company with a high-volume hiring need, while also building out internal training programs that set employees up for long-term success. You'll work closely with HR leadership to fill open roles across the organization and help shape a stronger, more skilled workforce. This is a newly created position with real opportunity to make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all phases of the recruiting process, from sourcing to offer
- Partnering with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Developing and managing internal training programs and initiatives
- Building strong candidate pipelines, particularly for production/manufacturing roles
- Supporting a high volume of open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Using HRIS and other software tools to track and manage recruiting activity
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience for non-exempt, hourly, or production-level roles
- Experience managing the full recruiting process, sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Strong experience developing and/or managing employee training programs
- Prior experience training/onboarding employees in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong communication skills
