Total Care Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team.

Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Complete documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries using WebPT
- Collaborate with our clinical team to provide excellent patient care
Qualifications
- New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for NJ licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, dependable, and patient-focused
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
