The Dance Academy of Virginia (DAV) is a top-rated, community-focused dance studio serving families in McLean and Alexandria. We’re seeking a Customer Success & Studio Administration Associate to support our students, families, and daily studio operations.
This is a full-time role ideal for someone with prior billing, customer service, and sales experience, ideally in a dance studio or similar class-based environment, who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and families in person, by phone, and via email
- Manage billing, account maintenance, payment processing, and billing-related inquiries
- Support enrollment, registrations, and student records
- Assist with sales conversations, program recommendations, and retention efforts
- Handle front desk and daily studio administrative operations
- Learn and use studio management and billing software systems
- Support marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Maintain a welcoming, professional studio environment
Required Qualifications
- Billing experience: required
- Customer service experience: required
- Sales experience: required
- Administrative experience: required
- Experience in a dance studio or similar customer-facing, class-based environment: strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: required
- Comfortable working with children and families: required
- Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends: required
- Ability to work across both McLean and Alexandria locations: strongly preferred
