What the Role Looks Like

- 0–5 years of professional experience
- Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Backgrounds in athletics, hospitality, fitness, customer service, or brand promotion tend to do well
