Schedule / Pay:
- 1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm ($20.00/hr)
- 2nd shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm ($22.00/hr) (must be able to train on day shift for 4-8 weeks)
Responsibilities:
Powder Processing & Preparation:
- Load dry raw material powders into blending tanks to create mixtures according to company standards.
- Operate spray drying equipment for ceramic slurry mixtures.
- Load drying ovens and transfer dry mixtures to complete the thermal processing.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all processing equipment, blending tanks, and tools between batches to prevent cross-contamination.
Machine Operation:
- Set up advanced manufacturing and forming equipment according to strict specifications on routers or technical drawings.
- Run production machinery efficiently to complete assigned tasks and meet output goals.
- Perform precise equipment adjustments during production runs to ensure product consistency.
- Perform regular data collection and quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other specialized measurement tools.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, chemical processing, or technical machining environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or manufacturing routers.
- Ability to lift and load raw materials (up to 50lbs), stand for extended periods, and wear required PPE.
- Strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
