The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Montebello, CA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting students across a variety of educational settings and age groups.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Onsite services only

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
-
Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
-
Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services
-
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
-
Train and mentor Behavior Intervention staff
-
Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies
-
Travel between school sites as needed
-
Preschool through Adult Transition Programs
-
General Education and Special Education settings
-
Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
-
Emotional Disturbance (ED)
-
Other Health Impairments (OHI)
-
Medically fragile students
-
Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs
-
Active BCBA certification required
-
Minimum 10 months of ABA experience

Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
-
Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations

School-based experience

Bilingual Spanish/English
