Job Overview
Looking for experienced managers in our Rochester, and Wayne County locations in Williamson NY, and Ontario NY.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of food management practices. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage staff, ensure high-quality food production, and maintain a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee the highest quality of dishes served.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
- Handle cash management responsibilities, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Train and develop staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize productivity during peak hours.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. 2 years experience or more preferred.
- Strong background in food service management with knowledge of culinary practices.
- Experience in quick service or fast food environments is highly desirable; fine dining experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and budgeting principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Previous experience in training & development programs is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
