Full Job Description
Cruitfly is a temporary staffing and recruitment company providing workforce on the fly in a “fly” environment! We excel in providing skilled construction workforce to construction and communication infrastructure companies throughout the Midwest and Southeast United States and we are looking to continue our growth. We are a growing company and looking for someone with ambition, an entrepreneurial mindset, and tenacity to come work with us to and grow! The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong desire to positively impact the lives our of employees and the community. Responsibilities include sourcing new client leads, cold-calling, planning, account management, and strong communication to maintain positive relationships with employees and clients. You will work closely with the owners and managers to sell and assist recruiting and fill client staffing requests.
Primary Functions:
- Source new leads
- Cold Call and Client Visits
- Manage Book of Clients
- Work with Cruitfly team members to fill client job orders
- Travel to conventions
- Develop ongoing effective sales strategy
- Ongoing account management of clients
Travel:
- 50% travel may be required
Education:
- High School Diploma required
- College degree required
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of staffing or construction industry experience is desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Organized, Tenacious, Self-Motivated, and Strong Communicator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Understand CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo)
Requirements:
- Entrepreneur mindset and self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Staffing industry experience preferred
- Willingness to occasionally work during evenings or weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
