My Fit Foods is hiring high-performing team members. This is not your average retail role. You will work directly with a top tier General Manager who leads from the front, develops others, and holds a high standard.

What You’ll Do
- Confidently share nutrition knowledge, guiding customers to meal selections that align with their individual objectives
- Consistently provide energetic, precise, and intentional customer service, ensuring every interaction is exceptional
- Engage with customers to understand their fitness regimens, ambitions, and obstacles, providing ongoing support and encouragement
- Manage end-of-day tasks diligently, including register reconciliation, store cleanliness, daily operations and preparation for the following day.
- Represent My Fit Foods at community events and marketing activations
- Build local relationships with gyms, apartments, and wellness partners
- Take part in ongoing leadership development and team mentorship
- Run regular performance check-ins with your leader to reinforce goals and self-accountability using clear, consistent communication
