I am the owner at Bottoms Up Boat Maintenance and I am looking for a motivated and reliable diver with or without hull cleaning experience to join our team. We are a full service marine company and maintain boats in Long Beach Marinas, Huntington Harbor, and Wilmington. Divers on our team are greatly appreciated and we offer excellent competitive pay and flexibility in scheduling.
Requirements:
Must have availability from Mon.-Fri. Some weekend work available. All applicants must have a valid driver's and transportation. Potential divers need to be HONEST, DEPENDABLE, and RELIABLE. They must be organized , have excellent customer service and communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and trouble shooting skills. Must have employment eligibility in the United States. Also must have your own personal dive equipment, wet suit, mask, fins, weight belt.
Job Duties:
You will be cleaning and maintaining vessels in local marinas independently. You are expected to complete weekly job orders. Tasks include cleaning props, shafts, rudders, trim tabs, thrusters, sea strainers, thru hulls, transducers, and hulls. Zinc installation and other work at additional pay. You must provide daily and end of week reports on time.
Physical Demands:
This is a physically demanding job. You must have the ability to haul and transport your own gear with hand truck. Work underwater for 4-6 hours per day.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
