In this position you will be responsible for packaging our range of packaged bakery products according to guidelines, and preparing daily deliveries and requisitions between our multiple locations. This position has a pre-defined start time of 6 am, and is a full-time position.
Job responsibilities:
- Follow packaging guidelines to ensure our large range of products are packaged neatly and consistently.
- Restock the customer-facing (retail) area with product.
- Restock the Retail Associate area with required materials.
- Organize daily requisitions between multiple locations, including collecting and organizing items for the Driver.
- Prepare and restock packaging materials for the packing room; ensure the room is kept tidy and clean.
- Ensure proper counts of Retail items.
- Follow strict food handling standards.
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation requirements.
Skills and qualifications:
- Ability to interface with co-workers and work as part of a team
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict packaging guidelines.
- Available to work flexible hours that are required by the food service industry, including weekends and holidays.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
