Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to support educators. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers to assist in the implementation of educational programs, particularly for students with diverse learning needs, including those on the autism spectrum. This role is essential in fostering an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes academic success and social development.
This is a full time position -Monday through Friday- following school district calendar.

Duties
- Assist teachers in delivering literacy education and early childhood education programs.
- Support students with autism and other special needs by implementing individualized lesson plans.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students.
- Facilitate small group activities and provide one-on-one support as needed.
- Help in lesson planning and preparation of instructional materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators regarding student performance.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student needs and progress.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- ParaPro Praxis Assessment
- 60+ College Credits - for our Special Education Position.
- Pass Criminal History Background Check
- Negative TB test
