A nurse-founded apparel brand blending healthcare culture with athletic, varsity-inspired design. We create premium scrub jackets, patches, and accessories built for healthcare professionals who want their workwear to reflect pride, grit, and personality.
We’re looking for a skilled Sewing Operator to help bring products to life—starting with patches, scrub jackets, and custom embellishments.
Responsibilities
Sew and attach embroidered patches
Perform clean, durable stitching on scrub jackets, sweaters, and outerwear
Operate industrial and/or home sewing machines confidently
Handle detailed work with consistency and attention to quality
Reinforce seams and patch edges for long-term durability
Inspect finished products for quality control
Follow brand standards and placement guides for patches
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
Proven experience as a sewing operator, seamstress, or tailor
Comfortable working with heavy embroidery, patches, and thick materials
Strong stitching accuracy (straight lines, secure edges, clean finishes)
Ability to meet small-batch production deadlines
Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience sewing chenille or varsity-style patches
Apparel or uniform production experience
Familiarity with medical or workwear garments
Interest in growing with a startup brand
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
