We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in reviewing project documents, preparing estimates, and supporting construction projects from bid stage through completion.
Responsibilities
- Review construction plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates
- Submit RFIs and communicate with architects, contractors, and project managers
- Assist with pricing, change orders, and ongoing project support
- Maintain project information within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with estimating, construction products, or Divisions 8, 9, and 10 preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and construction software such as Dodge or Construct Connect preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail
Pay: $18.00 per hour
