homeRN Franklin is looking for a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a female client in Spring Hill, TN.
This is a consistent weekend position for someone who enjoys helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home.
Schedule
- Friday–Sunday
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Consistent 27-hour weekend schedule
Responsibilities
The primary focus of this position will be assisting the client with:
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Meal preparation and nutrition support
- Transportation to and from medical appointments
- Companionship and supportive conversation
- Light housekeeping related to the client's care
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition
- Following the individualized care plan and documenting care provided
A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance are required for transportation.
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification required
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and accurately document care
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
