We are currently representing a client that is expanding throughout the El Paso market and is seeking ambitious individuals to join its team as Client Growth Associates.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated by personal and professional growth, and want to gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, business development, and relationship management. What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Growth Associate, you'll play an important role in helping our client expand its customer base and strengthen its presence throughout the local market. Working across community-based campaigns and customer engagement initiatives, you'll focus on creating positive customer experiences while supporting long-term growth objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions in community-focused environments
- Supporting customer acquisition initiatives designed to expand our client's reach throughout the El Paso area
- Introducing customers to available products, services, and promotional campaigns in a professional and engaging manner
- Helping customers understand available options and guiding them through the account setup or registration process
- Creating positive first impressions that contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty
- Gathering customer feedback and insights to help improve campaign performance and customer experiences
- Working closely with team leaders to identify opportunities for customer growth and market expansion
- Developing practical skills in customer engagement, relationship building, business development, and account growth
- Participating in ongoing coaching and development focused on communication, leadership, and professional growth
- Contributing to daily and weekly objectives that support customer acquisition and overall business growth

Compensation
$850–$1,150 per week, including base pay, performance incentives, and bonuses. Paid weekly.
