TEXAS REFINERY CORP, a leader in the specialty lubricants industry for more than 103 years, is seeking someone to work as a Material Handler at our factory located in Mansfield, TX. TRC manufactures a line of superior lubricants and related items marketed to manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transportation and many other industries. Essential Responsibilities:
- Operate various forklift trucks
- Inventory counting, including inventory audits. Cycle-counting and monthly inventory counts
- Engage in activities to prevent loss or damage of materials
- General housekeeping of warehouse
- Read and interpret batch tickets
- Work with other Warehouse Associates and Support Staff on improving warehouse processes through team safety meetings
- Must be punctual and have a can-do attitude.
- Physically transfers material to/from manufacturing areas.
- Package finished goods and prepare for shipment
- Prepare all required components for production, transfer materials to production area to support production in-process.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole number, common fractions, and decimals – test will be given.
- Regular attendance and compliance with all Company policies and rules is an essential function for the job.
Position requires the individual to - kneel, bend, stoop, lift, climb stairs and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds; stand and walk continuously throughout an 8-hour shift; work in dusty and dirty conditions; handle and store hazardous materials; clean and maintain a safe working environment.
You could find yourself performing a number of different roles at Texas Refinery, such as packing, order-filling, loading, and more; but no matter which role you find yourself in, safety, quality assurance, orderliness, and productivity will be expected
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA-approved forklift certification
- 4+ years of Material Handling experience.
- 1+ year batch blending experience

Full time position: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm - may include weekends and overtime.
