Smoker Property Management LLC is looking for a reliable Handy person/maintenance technician to undertake the upkeep and repair of the rental properties in our portfolio along with the upkeep of the interior and/or exterior of all Facility buildings under the Smoker & Company LLC umbrella. We’ll rely on this person to keep our facilities and our clients’ properties in good condition by doing various repairs and maintenance. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot.
Responsibilities

Complete work orders in a timely fashion

Perform maintenance and repair tasks.

Entry Level electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance indoor and outdoor.
- Undertake duties as assigned.
- Troubleshoot and evaluate needed repairs.

Responds to afterhours emergency calls, if needed
Requirements

Previous experience as a handyman or maintenance technician preferred.

Experience working with tools and electrical equipment.

Understanding of electrical, plumbing and home maintenance

Good communication
- Well-organized and ability to stay on task.

Attention to detail.

Has tools and equipment to perform all aspects of home repair/maintenance

Driver's License and a reliable vehicle is required
