As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join us and help keep everything running smoothly.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and highly organized Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support our Cuyahoga Falls, OH, operations. This position involves handling a high volume of service calls, dispatching field technicians, and coordinating customer requests via phone, email, and online portals. You’ll be a key part of our operations team, ensuring seamless communication and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound service calls and dispatch mechanics as needed
- Monitor and respond to email service requests, managing the dispatch inbox
- Communicate with customers and field personnel effectively
- Update service portals (Service Channel, Maximo, CorrigoPro, SAP, Ariba)
- Ensure timely follow-up on service requests in Service Channel
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Learn and use software tools such as Liftkeeper, Service Channel, and Microsoft Excel
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching or customer service, preferably in the elevator or facilities industry
- Proficiency with service management portals such as Service Channel, Maximo, CorrigoPro, SAP, Ariba.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Liftkeeper is a plus
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework preferred
