RC Group, LLC is an Engineering and Construction Management Firm with more than 20 years of experience in Construction, Consulting, Design, Permitting, Inspections, and Project Management. We manage new construction and remodeling improvements for residential, commercial, and institutional projects across Puerto Rico.
Our construction services incorporate sustainable practices like GCT foam structures, permeable paving, green infrastructure, energy-saving materials, and renewable energy solutions. Our engineering services include Certifications, Civil-Site Design, Design Drawings, Hydrology and Hydraulics Studies, Environmental Engineering, and Permitting.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Plan and manage construction projects from inception to completion, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Planning & Budgeting: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking progress against milestones.
- On-Site Coordination: Oversee daily on-site activities and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure safe, timely, and on-budget execution.
- Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities regarding project updates.
- Documentation: Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, Submittals, and maintain accurate project records.
- Quality & Risk Management: Enforce quality control standards and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Construction and/or Project Management.
- Industry Knowledge: Willingness to learn proven and innovative construction methods, materials, techniques, and building regulations.
- Project Management Skills: Solid understanding of planning, organizing, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management principles.
- Tools & Software: Willingness to develop proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Excel, Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
