Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Oracle MFCS product knowledge – functional configuration, business processes, data model
- Understanding of MFCS APIs, data structures, and batch processing.
- Experience working on Oracle Retail Cloud Migration or implementation programs
Roles & Responsibilities
Functional Leadership:
- Core Merchandising: Lead requirement mapping and fit-gap analysis for item hierarchies, supplier costing, purchase orders, allocations, and inventory LinkedIn Job Postings.
- Testing & Validation: Own functional testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing Foundit Job Postings.
- Enterprise Cutover: Drive cutover planning, data validation (supplier data, inventory, stock ledger), and coordinate with stakeholders LinkedIn Job Postings.
Technical Operations:
- Integrations: Validate integration flows with upstream and downstream systems (Finance, POS, WMS, Supply Chain) using REST APIs and the Retail Integration Bus
- Batch Processing: Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot retail batch programs and data pipelines, including orchestrations like Apache Airflow.
- Customization & Support: Handle production support, incident analysis, root cause resolution, and customizations on Retail Data Stores using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with offshore development and QA teams to clear technical blockers and support ongoing application development.
