Job Summary
Coral Reef Academy is seeking dependable and energetic Part-Time Floaters to support daily school operations and student supervision. Floaters assist teachers, office staff, and administrators where needed throughout the school day. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a positive educational environment and helping students succeed.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers and staff in classrooms and common areas
- Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and activities
- Provide coverage for staff breaks and absences
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and respectful school environment
- Support administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist with school events and daily operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work with students and staff in a positive manner
- Previous school or childcare experience is a plus but not required
