Bartender / Hourly Supervisor
Compensation: $12.14 – $22.00 per hour + tips (based on shift assignment and responsibilities)
Position Overview
Triple B’s (Bourbon, Brews, Burgers) is seeking an experienced Bartender / Hourly Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations while delivering exceptional guest service behind the bar and throughout the restaurant. This dual-role position combines bartending responsibilities with shift leadership and operational oversight.
The Bartender / Hourly Supervisor helps ensure each shift runs efficiently by supporting hospitality, safety, cleanliness, kitchen and bar operations, while providing direction to hourly team members and communicating important updates to management during shift changes.
This position is responsible for opening and closing duties, employee checkouts, guest satisfaction, cash handling, product ordering, inventory oversight, and maintaining company standards at all times.
Responsibilities
- Bartend and provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all liquor laws
- Support shift flow and assist with daily restaurant operations
- Provide direction and support to team members during shifts
- Open and close the restaurant as needed
- Complete employee checkouts and end-of-shift cash handling
- Assist with inventory control and product ordering
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Follow and enforce company policies and operational systems
- Help create a positive team environment and strong guest experience
Qualifications
- 2+ years of bartending experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong cash handling and basic math skills
- General knowledge of full-service restaurant operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Ability to coach and support team members
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
