We are looking for a strong, experienced General Manager to lead our Fatburger location in Manteca. This role is responsible for overseeing all daily operations, building a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive both team performance and sales.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
- Hire, train, and manage a team of 25–30 employees
- Create and manage weekly schedules based on sales
- Control labor and food costs
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Handle customer service and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor sales, KPIs, and overall store performance
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or Assistant GM preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing high-volume environments
- Knowledge of scheduling, labor control, and inventory
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Reliable, organized, and results-driven

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
