About the Role
We’re hiring a Client Care Assistant to be the right hand of our agency owner and the friendly voice and helping hand for our current book of business. This isn’t a sales role — it’s a relationship and operations role. You’ll be the person who makes sure no client question goes unanswered, no follow-up falls through the cracks, and every client feels genuinely taken care of.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming questions from current clients via phone, email, and text
- Send emails, documents, and follow-up materials to clients
- Upload and enter client data accurately into our systems
- Send out thank-you cards to clients
- Call clients to request Google Business and Facebook reviews
- Help clients set up and navigate their member portal accounts
- Call past clients who recently canceled or lapsed to re-engage them and encourage re-enrollment
- Keep client files and communications organized and up to date
- Support the agency owner with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
What We’re Looking For
- A warm, friendly, and patient communicator — you genuinely like helping people
- Highly organized with a system for tracking tasks and follow-ups
- Comfortable with data entry and detail-oriented work
- Proficient typing and note-taking skills — you can keep up in real time
- Able to juggle a demanding, fast-paced workload without losing your cool
- Empathetic, especially when working with senior clients
- Dependable and consistent — we need someone we can count on every day
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare/insurance a plus (not required)

Pay: $37,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
