We’re looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead commercial installation projects across multiple job sites throughout South Florida. If you’re a strong field leader who takes pride in quality work and doesn’t mind being on the road, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise commercial HVAC crews
- Travel to job sites weekly/daily to oversee progress and complete field documentation
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec
- Coordinate with project managers and general contractors
- Read blueprints and manage daily job site operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Prior foreman or lead technician experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 a plus)
- Willingness to travel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft and Google email software.
- Jobber CRM Software experience is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
