JO Logistic & Hauling is a growing logistics and transportation company dedicated to providing dependable, efficient, and safe freight handling solutions. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Loader to join our full-time operations team. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are physically capable, and can perform effectively in a fast-paced warehouse and transportation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload freight, packages, equipment, and materials safely from trucks, trailers, and containers
- Move, organize, and stage products throughout warehouse and loading areas
- Properly secure shipments to ensure safe transportation and prevent damage
- Check incoming and outgoing freight for accuracy, labeling, and visible damage
- Safely operate material-handling tools and equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies
- Support drivers and warehouse team members with shipment preparation and cargo organization
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and operational guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse, freight, loading, or logistics operations is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
- Comfortable performing physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-focused mindset
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and assist with additional shifts when needed
