About Metabolize Health
Metabolize Health is a functional and integrative longevity medicine clinic. We help people invest in their long-term health — not chase quick fixes. Our care model is predictive, preventive, participatory, and personalized. As we open our newest San Pedro location, we're looking for a versatile LVN to help us deliver that care from the front door through treatment.
About the Role
This is a true dual role — you'll move between the front and back office throughout the day. Out front, you'll check patients in and set the tone for their visit. In back, you'll take vitals, room patients, and assist with IV therapy, including IV insertion when needed. If you like staying busy, wearing more than one hat, and being part of a tight clinical team, you'll fit right in.
New hires train at our main hub in Laguna Hills for approximately 3–4 weeks before transitioning to the San Pedro location. This gives you time to learn our protocols, IV workflow, documentation standards, and care model alongside our established team.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients, manage the front desk flow, and create a warm first impression
- Take and record vitals accurately
- Room patients and prepare them for their visit
- Assist with IV therapy and perform IV insertion as needed
- Keep clinical and front-office areas clean, stocked, and ready
- Document accurately in our EMR
- Support the provider and clinical team wherever the day calls for it
What We're Looking For
- Active California LVN license in good standing
- Hands-on IV insertion experience (required)
- Comfortable working both front and back office
- Strong vitals and rooming skills
- Warm, professional, patient-first communication style
- Organized, dependable, and a genuine team player
- Willingness to complete the 3–4 week training period in Laguna Hills
