What You'll Do
- Generate new personal and commercial insurance business
- Cross-sell
- Build relationships through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
- Maintain a high level of customer service and client retention
- Develop referral partnerships within the community
- Achieve monthly sales and production goals
- Work incoming leads

Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty License
- Active Arizona Life & Health License
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems

Compensation:
$2,500 monthly pay (gross)
Paid bi-monthly (1st and 15th per each month)
Commission
80% commission on new business premium after monthly $25,000 requirement
i.e., 10% of each plan premium
Exception is Life Insurance plans which is 55% of annual premium (50 producer / 50 agency split)
Policy cancellations charge backs are prorated based on the time of cancellation
Performance
Minimum Premium of $25,000 per month Property & Casualty (outside Life/Health Insurance)
