Oakes Auto Group is looking for a dependable Parts Driver to join our Parts Department in North Kansas City. This role is responsible for helping keep our parts operation running smoothly by delivering and picking up automotive parts, stocking incoming parts, and assisting the department as needed. We're looking for someone who is reliable, comfortable spending time on the road, and ready to jump in and help the team. Success in this position means completing deliveries and pickups accurately and on time while supporting the day-to-day needs of the Parts Department.

Load and unload parts for deliveries and pickups
Stock and organize incoming parts
Help maintain an organized Parts Department
Assist the Parts team when deliveries and pickups are complete
Safely handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Represent Oakes Auto Group professionally while making deliveries and pickups
We’re looking for a dependable and reliable team member who takes pride in their work and is comfortable driving throughout the day. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage deliveries and pickups efficiently, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail. You should also be a team player who is willing to jump in and help throughout the Parts Department as needed and be able to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Previous automotive experience is not required
Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a standard background check
Strong reliability and consistent attendance
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work the required schedule
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new processes and follow established procedures
No previous automotive parts experience required
