About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the firm’s owner and play a key role in the firm's leadership and future. You’ll manage tax engagements, build client relationships, and help us continue to grow — all with a clear path to partnership. Also, a hybrid potential.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, preparation, and review of individual, fiduciary, and business tax returns
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies and planning for clients
- Conduct tax research and prepare recommendations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering high-touch service
- Support and enhance client relationships through proactive communication
- Mentor staff and contribute to a positive team culture
What We're Looking For:
- Public accounting experience or other extensive tax planning & preparation experience
- Proven leadership skills and a strong desire to grow into a partner role
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CCH Axcess and QuickBooks experience a plus
- Certified Public Accountant CPA designation preferred
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, or a related field

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
