Plan, organize, and direct financial accounting, tax treatment, revenues, earnings, and account classification functions. Supervise and mentor accounting personnel.

Analyze accounting policies, procedures, and corresponding internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and the integrity of financial statements and reports.

Monitor and maintain complex accounting and financial reporting systems; research, evaluate, and propose system updates to expedite accounting controls.

Provide detailed information and technical assistance to management, regulatory agencies, auditors, and internal teams regarding accounting classification, budgets, and investments.

Compile, verify, and approve critical corporate financial reports, guidelines, presentations, and correspondence.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.

Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience within the Oil & Gas sector; experience in the Midstream domain is preferred.

Thorough knowledge of GAAP, corporate accounting methods, practices, procedures, financial reporting, and FASB pronouncements.

Direct experience with specialized industry software such as TIPS, Waterfield, and PowerBI.

Proven supervisory and management skills with experience reviewing financial data, audits, and directing group presentations.

Must have full authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

Demonstrated track record of leading and training an accounting team within an enterprise Oil & Gas environment.

Compensation: $123,000 – $185,000 per year + 6% 401(k).
