Pick-n-Pull, part of Radius Recycling, helps customers find affordable used auto parts while supporting a more sustainable future through automotive recycling.
We're looking for an experienced retail team member who enjoys helping customers, supporting coworkers, and leading by example. As a Retail Sales Lead, you'll play a key role in daily store operations, customer service, team training, and creating a safe, positive experience for both customers and employees.

What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support customers with product and parts-related questions
- Lead by example and provide day-to-day guidance to team members
- Train and mentor coworkers on customer service, store procedures, and parts identification
- Support store operations, task completion, and daily priorities
- Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Perform cash handling, register verification, and other operational tasks
- Support store cleanliness, organization, and safety efforts
- Assist management with special projects, reporting, and assigned leadership responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing direct customer service
- Experience supporting, coaching, or guiding other team members
- Experience handling customer payments and cash transactions
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally in English
- Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish bilingual skills
- Automotive parts knowledge or experience identifying vehicle components
- Previous retail leadership, keyholder, lead, or supervisory experience

Work Environment
This position works in a retail environment within an automotive recycling facility.
Team members should expect:
- Frequent interaction with customers and employees throughout the day
- A fast-paced retail environment
- Indoor work with some outdoor exposure
- Exposure to weather conditions, dust, noise, and automotive-related materials
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Frequent bending, stretching, and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Housekeeping and facility maintenance responsibilities, including sweeping, mopping, and moving merchandise or materials
- Compliance with all safety procedures and required PPE standards
