Anderson Preparatory Academy’s Launch Pad is seeking a passionate and collaborative Lead Teacher to create a nurturing, child-centered classroom inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. We are looking for an educator who values creativity, exploration, strong relationships, and inquiry-based learning.

Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences

Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment

Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff

Lead and support assistant teachers through collaboration and mentorship

Observe, assess, and document children’s growth and learning

Use positive behavior guidance practices

Maintain compliance with all licensing and safety regulations

Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field preferred

CDA accepted or willingness to obtain

Experience in early childhood settings required

Reggio Emilia-inspired experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to meet all state licensing requirements and background checks
