What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sandwich Prep Station Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy the fresh, flavorful food that BANH MI BOYS is known for. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing ingredients, including slicing meats, vegetables, and other sandwich components.
- Assembling sandwiches with precision and consistency, following our recipes and standards.
- Rolling fresh spring rolls to order.
- Dressing and assembling rice bowls, noodle bowls, and salad bowls to our recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized prep station to ensure food safety and efficiency.
- Collaborating with team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy shifts.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handling dishwashing duties during the afternoon shift to keep the kitchen clean and stocked.
What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Attention to detail and consistency when prepping ingredients, rolling spring rolls, and assembling bowls.
- Willingness to jump in wherever needed, including dishwashing during the afternoon shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently during busy rushes.
- A team-first mindset and good communication with coworkers.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain one) preferred.
The Details
Position: Part-time
Pay: $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience
