We are a busy, well-established pediatric dental practice seeking a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Patient Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and help families navigate their dental care
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with insurance verification and patient communication
- Help maintain an organized and efficient schedule
- Contribute to a positive experience for every patient and family

Schedule:
Monday – Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday:
Summer Hours: 7:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Winter Hours: 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM
One Sunday per Month: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Occasional Fridays may be available based on the needs of the practice. These dates are discussed and scheduled in advance whenever possible.
