Sloane Toyota Malvern is seeking to add Full-Time and Part Time Service Cashiers to our Service Department team.The Service Cashier receives payments from customers and employees for goods and services and accurately records all transactions. As one of the final points of contact for our customers, this individual plays an important role in creating a positive dealership experience and must represent the dealership in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner.This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with a well-established and growing automotive organization. -We are open Monday through Thursday until 7pm, Fridays until 6pm, and Saturdays until 5pm. We are closed on Sundays.

- Greet customers and deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times.
- Responsibilities include receiving payments for Service visits and Part purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing relevant information.
- Operate our main telephone system to answer incoming calls, determine needs of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Perform various internal clerical duties.
Requirements:
- Comfortable in a Customer Service based setting
- Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer and internet skills, and an excellent customer service focus.
- Basic math skills, comfortable working on a computer
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Professional demeanor; Enjoy an all hands on deck team mentality
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience that includes money-handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience.
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
