We are selecting 5 motivated individuals to train as managers for a major new Southern California door-to-door sales campaign.

No management experience is necessary.
No door-to-door sales experience is necessary.
We are looking for people who are:

- Ready to work hard and lead from the front
We will teach you the sales system, train you in the field, provide you with new representatives, and show you how to build, train, and manage your own sales team.
YOUR FIRST WEEK
Your first week will focus on mastering our:
- Sales presentation
- New-representative onboarding process
- Territory management system
- Door-to-door sales application
- Field training methods
- Team-building process
- Representative management system
Your initial responsibilities will include learning the sales presentation, becoming certified on our technology, training new representatives, building your first team, and managing the representatives assigned to you.
EARNING OPPORTUNITY
$200 per day paid training.
We are also offering a $7,500 first-month guarantee for the right candidates who meet all training, attendance, activity, and performance requirements.
By Day 30, candidates who consistently follow our guidelines, work the required schedule, and execute the process should be positioned to earn $2,500 or more per week through personal production and team commissions.
This is not a desk-management position. You will learn the business in the field, demonstrate the process yourself, and then train others to produce results.
